Billionaire pop star Taylor Swift’s newest album, ‘Life of a Showgirl,’ is set to release tomorrow, October 3. With this global release, her fans, also known as Swifties, are excitedly waiting to see what the goddess of pop has in store for them. As several speculations rise over leaked lyrics and more, Swifties really cannot contain their excitement. But this time, the Presidential granddaughter, Kai Trump’s clothing line is caught in the crosshairs of this showdown.

The Internet might not let US President Donald Trump live down his Taylor Swift rant, but it seems as if Kai, too, is under the radar. Recently, she unveiled her signature line in a promotional video filmed on the lawns of the White House. Featuring the sole ‘KT logo’, the 17-year-old wrote on social media, “This collection is something I’ve dreamed about for a long time, and I’m so grateful it’s finally here. Launching this line has been such an exciting project.” Kai was also spotted wearing one of the sweatshirts in the presence of her grandfather at the Ryder Cup at Bethpage, New York, reported The Daily Beast.

“From the quality of the fabric to the details in the designs, I wanted to create a piece that isn’t just merch but a staple you can wear anywhere,” she added. Often seen ‘golfing with grandpa,’ Kai does not hold back from flaunting her merch to her 2.2 million followers on Instagram. However, the $130 sweatshirt is eerily similar to American Eagle‘s Tru Kolors line, the official collaboration with Travis Kelce‘s brand. While he is otherwise known as a Super Bowl champ, Swifties know him as the gym teacher, but more commonly, Taylor Swift’s fiancé.

‘Her logo looks exactly like yours’

While there has been no official comment from the to-be-wed couple yet, fans are ‘mad’ on their behalf. Taking to X (formerly Twitter), a user wrote, tagging Travis Kelce, “I believe you already have this brand logo patent? Her logo looks exactly like yours. Get the lawsuit papers coming!! Yes, I’m mad as hell at their corruption and using the presidency and the people’s house to profit on my dime!”

Netizens were also quick to point out the difference in prices of the garment. “Kai Trump used Travis Kelce’s Tru Kolor’s logo for her $130 sweatshirt’s logo. His sweatshirt goes for $69.95 because he’s not a grifter,” opined a fan on social media.

This comes as the Kansas City Chiefs are capping off the fifth week of the NFL season. On the other hand, Taylor Swift was reportedly seen giving a teary-eyed speech at her long-term friend, Selena Gomez’s wedding to Benny Blanco.
