2. Notification to stakeholders: Schools must communicate the practical examination schedule, format, and any particular prerequisites to parents and students.
3. Facilities and resources: Proper provisions, encompassing infrastructure, equipment, and materials in laboratories, need to be organized for the seamless execution of practical exams.
4. Examiner collaboration: Schools are encouraged to reach out to examiners beforehand, ensuring a coordinated effort for the efficient and punctual execution of the examination process as per the scheduled date and time.
5. Support for special requirements: Provision for special needs or disabled students should be arranged to guarantee their ease and full participation in practical exams.Adherence to timetable: Students must adhere strictly to the provided schedule for practical examinations.
6. Adherence to schedule: Students must appear for the practical examinations strictly according to the schedule that has been provided.
7. Daily submission of scores: All scores for practical exams, projects, and internal assessments should be submitted daily, precisely on the assessment day.
8. Accuracy in score submissions: When submitting scores, both internal and external examiners must ensure their accuracy as modifications won’t be permissible post-submission.
9. External examiner mandate: For Class 12, only a Board-appointed external examiner is authorized to conduct practical exams; no local alternatives are permissible.
