The CBSE on Wednesday announced the detailed timetable for the 2026 board examinations. This time, the central board has released the schedule nearly five months in advance. According to the CBSE notification, the Class 10 CBSE Secondary School Examination will begin on February 17, 2026, and end on March 18, 2026. Meanwhile, the Class 12 CBSE Senior School Certificate Examination is slated to commence on the same day and conclude on April 4, 2026.

The board confirmed that both examinations will be held in a single shift, starting at 10.30 am on all exam days. CBSE clarified that the released timetable is tentative and may be revised if required.
