Uplers, a hiring platform, introduced UpScreen, an AI-driven talent screening solution aimed to improve how businesses evaluate and onboard talent. UpScreen claims to streamline the process of identifying the most relevant candidate profiles with the help of Artificial Intelligence. Platform further claims that it can map the job description, tech proficiency expected and other hiring criteria and then throws up a series of tech and non-tech questions for candidates, as per the press release.
Company further claims that the UpScreen can record the 30-minute evaluation on camera, adjust questions to meet varying difficulty levels and then evaluate in real-time the percentile scores of each candidate. It then leverages data visualisation to present candidates’ information in an easy to consume manner for recruitment teams and hiring managers who’d then shortlist and conduct the final interview based evaluation, it added.
“UpScreen truly takes hiring practices into the age of AI, leveraging AI algorithms to redefine how we evaluate talent. Our aim is to simplify recruitment through this screening tool that surpasses conventional methods. UpScreen empowers businesses to make informed and impartial hiring decisions through comprehensive AI screening reports,” Bhuvan Desai, VP of Operations at Uplers, said.
UpScreen claims to utilise advanced ML and AI algorithms to analyse resumes, ensuring a high level of accuracy in identifying candidates best suited for the given job roles. Its integration into existing hiring processes hopes to simplify the experience for recruiters, offering ease and efficiency.
“We were hiring for a Sr. Business Analyst role. After struggling to filter out irrelevant applications, the Uplers team introduced us to UpScreen. After setting up on Upscreen and adding the required assessment questions, we were able to get the 4 best profiles from over 100 candidate profiles. Uplers and UpScreen simplified the screening process and saved endless hours in the hiring process. We were able to quickly hire top talent, whom we’ve now on-boarded,” Devi Prasad Biswal, head of Global GTM at 1digitalstack.ai, said.
