psc.uk.gov.in UKPSC Upper PCS Admit Card 2025: The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission ( UKPSC) has released the admit cards for the 2025 Upper Subordinate (PCS) Preliminary Examination on its official website-psc.uk.gov.in today on June 18, 2025. The preliminary test is scheduled to take place on June 29 and will be held in two sessions. Candidates will be able to appear for the examination across 24 centres in 13 districts of Uttarakhand. The first shift will start from 10 AM and will conclude at 12 PM. The first paper will include questions from General Studies. The second paper will be the General Aptitude Test and will commence from 2 PM and will go on till 4 PM.

Steps to download UKPSC Upper PCS Admit Card 2025
Step 1: Candidate will need to official website-psc.uk.gov.im.
Step 2: Locate the link with the label-‘’Upper PSC/Combined State Civil Services Admit Card’’ on the homepage and click on it.
Step 3: Fill in your login credentials with date of birth and registration ID.
Step 4: Download the admit card and take a printout of it.
The Preliminary phase will serve as the initial screening. Candidates who have successfully cleared the prelims will move to the next stage of the Main examination. According to the UKPSC exam calendar, the Main Examination is likely to take place from December 6 to December 9, 2025.
UKPSC Upper PCS Admit Card 2025: Recruitment Details
Through this recruitment drive, 123 positions across various departments like Deputy Collector, Superintendent of Police, Assistant Commissioner, (State Tax), Finance Officers and others will be filled. The application for the examination was invited from May 7 to May 27. Candidates were allowed to make changes to their application forms till June 12.
Applicants are advised to check all the details like name, centre, date of the examination and shift carefully on the admit card. In case of any kind of error, it needs to be conveyed to the UKPSC.
