SSC CGL answer key 2025 Tier 1: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier 1 answer key along with the candidate response sheet for the examination held between September 12 and 26, 2025, and on October 14, 2025, for affected candidates. 

Those who appeared for the exam can check and download the documents from the official SSC website: ssc.gov.in. The Tier 1 exam was conducted over 15 days at 255 centres across 126 cities, with approximately 13.5 lakh candidates appearing out of 28 lakh registered candidates.

SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam: How to download answer key and response sheet

  1. Visit the official SSC website: ssc.gov.in.
  2. On the homepage, click on “Uploading of Tentative answer keys along with candidate’s response sheet” under the Notice Board section.
  3. The answer key and response sheet will automatically download.
  4. Save the file for future reference.

Candidates have the opportunity to challenge the answer key if they believe there is an error. Each objection carries a fee of Rs. 50 per question. Objections must be submitted before October 19, 2025, 9 PM. SSC has clarified that no objections will be entertained after this deadline, and the answer key and response sheet will no longer be accessible.

SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam: How to raise objections?

  1. Visit ssc.gov.in and log in.
  2. Under the “My Applications” section, click on “Answer Key Challenge” for the CGL Tier 1 exam.
  3. Click on “Click Here” and provide details such as type of complaint, issue description, and upload a scanned image to support the objection.
  4. Pay the required fee to submit the objection.
  5. You can also click on “View Grievance Question” to check the questions you have already raised objections against.

The response sheet provides detailed information, including roll number, candidate name, exam and post name, exam date, test time, centre name, and the list of questions answered by the candidate.

Candidates are advised to carefully review the response sheet before raising any objections.
