Physics Wallah (PW), an educational platform, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ETS India, a subsidiary of the US-based ETS, to offer comprehensive guidance and assistance to students aspiring to pursue higher education in international universities and to aid them in their preparation for the GRE and TOEFL exams, according to an official release.
Through this partnership, PW seeks to streamline the study abroad market with its newly introduced vertical, ‘PW Unigo,’ particularly focusing on tier II and tier III cities. The aim is to address the gap where students often struggle to find the right resources and mentorship to pursue their dreams due to a lack of awareness. PW Unigo will function as a comprehensive end-to-end study abroad service provider for such ambitious individuals, the release mentioned.
As part of this collaboration, students will benefit from complimentary one-on-one counselling sessions, a user-friendly registration process and enhanced learning support, including practice tests and informational webinars with international universities. Additionally, a range of resources will be available and merit scholarships totaling Rs 20 lakh per annum will be awarded to students taking TOEFL and GRE exams. Students will also enjoy discounts of up to Rs 5,000 on test fees, as per the release.
Moreover, educators will undergo specialised training sessions to equip them with the necessary tools and knowledge required to assist students in preparing for globally recognised assessments like the TOEFL and GRE.
“Our collaboration with ETS India is a transformative step forward in our mission to empower students and create a global platform for those who lack access to world-class education. Whether within our nation’s borders or across international horizons, this demonstrates a commitment to elevating students’ aspirations and helping them pursue their dreams,” Gaurav Gularia, PW, Spokesperson, said.
“This collaboration will provide aspirants with enhanced GRE and TOEFL test prep resources to elevate their international higher education prospects. We are dedicated to delivering accessible, first-rate educational tools to study abroad aspirants,” Sachin Jain, country manager, ETS India and South Asia, said.
