A significant modification I would recommend for the existing education system is a substantial pivot towards personalised learning, departing from the conventional one-size-fits-all methodology.

I encourage students to focus on building a strong foundation of knowledge and skills. Education is a lifelong journey, and the more they learn and acquire valuable skills, the more opportunities will open to them. Moreover, I stress the importance of adaptability and resilience. The world is constantly changing, and the careers of the future may look very different from what exists today.
