The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur, a management institute, has initiated the admission process for the MBA (Analytics) programme for the batch of 2024-26, tailored for those aspiring to excel in the field of Data and Analytics. The deadline for applications for this two-year, fully residential programme is 7th March 2024. Prospective candidates can apply by accessing the IIM Kashipur website, according to an official release.

The eligibility criteria are as follows: a full-time bachelor’s degree in any discipline or an equivalent academic qualification (i.e., 10+2+3), with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (47% for NC-OBC/EWS, 45% marks for SC/ST/DAP), along with a qualifying exam score of either CAT 2023 or GMAT (if the exam was taken no earlier than May 1, 2022), the release mentioned.

The Institute claims that the highest salary package received by MBA (Analytics) students at Kashipur is Rs 37 lakh per annum, with an average package of Rs 18.2 lakh per annum. The programme has an intake of 160 seats, with a gender diversity ratio of 69% women and 31% men; 24% of the total intake are freshers, and 76% are experienced professionals. The discipline-wise diversity is 55% for engineering and technology, 21% for commerce and management, and 24% for arts and science, as per the release.

Additionally, the programme offers a full year tuition fee waiver through need-based, merit-based, and need-cum-merit-based scholarships to 10% of students from both the first and second-year batches.
