IIM Kashipur invites applications for its Executive Master of Business Administration programme (EMBA). Interested candidates can apply online until December 15, 2023. The Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT-2023), conducted by IIM Kashipur, is slated for December 16, 2023, with results expected by December 18, 2023, according to an official release.

Scheduled to commence in July 2024, the programme assures a smooth transition to more substantial and successful leadership roles. The EMBA is a specialised two-year postgraduate programme held during weekends at IIM Kashipur’s Dehradun Campus, tailored exclusively for middle and senior-level professionals. Aligned with globally accepted Executive MBA standards, the programme aims to enhance value addition to participants, gaining recognition across industries, sectors and geographies, the release mentioned.

Admission to the programme considers various parameters, including CAT/GMAT scores, marks obtained in the Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT) conducted by IIM Kashipur, and candidates’ performance in personal interviews. Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of three years of managerial/entrepreneurial/professional experience post-graduation. The EMBA programme by IIM Kashipur mirrors the content and rigor of the regular MBA, and participants are eligible for IIM Kashipur alumni status upon enrollment.

“Embark on a transformative journey with our Executive MBA programme at IIM Kashipur. Beyond theory, we focus on practical skills—Digital Dexterity, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Business Communication, and Organisational Development—crafting leaders for success in dynamic environments,” Abhishek Srivastava, chairperson, EMBA, IIM Kashipur, said.

The programme aims to adopt a blended approach, encompassing both online and offline components. The offline mode includes classroom teaching and a campus immersion programme at the IIM Kashipur campus. Additionally, the programme aims to offer an international immersion opportunity for one week at the Martin J. Whitman School of Management, Syracuse University, New York. Participants actively engage in real-world projects, infusing diverse experiences into the classroom and applying learned concepts to their workplace, as per the release.
