Hero Vired, an ed-tech startup has appointed Arjun Assi as the new head of product. Assi will lead the product and technology team, focusing on fostering innovation and achieving excellence within Hero Vired. His responsibilities include spearheading efforts to improve the accessibility and scalability of Hero Vired’s courses, in line with the company’s vision of empowering learners with future-ready skills for Industry 4.0, according to an official release.
Assi brings experience as a product manager, with a background in product management, technology and business spanning more than a decade. Previously, Assi held the position of assistant vice president, product at Scaler Academy and has worked with organisations such as Byju’s Exam Prep (formerly Gradeup), Mu Sigma Inc., Times Internet and the Indian Express, the release mentioned.

Furthermore, Assi has launched numerous business-critical product offerings that have substantially increased company revenues in the past. As an alumnus of the Vellore Institute of Technology, he possesses a technology background, as per the release.
