Le Cordon Bleu, GD Goenka University:

Le Cordon Bleu, at GD Goenka University in Gurugram, provides a variety of Hospitality programmes. These include a four-year BA Honours in Culinary Arts, a four-year BBA in Hospitality Management, a two-year MBA in Hospitality Management, as well as one-year Diplomas in Pastry and Baking and Culinary Arts.

For the bachelor’s programmes at Le Cordon Bleu, the annual fee is Rs 5.5 lakh. The MBA in Hospitality Management costs Rs four lakh, while the diploma programmes have a fee of Rs six lakh each, according to the university.

Asian Academy of Film and Television (AAFT) School of Hospitality and Tourism: 

The AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism offers a range of programmes including Bachelor of Hotel Management, Bachelor of Travel and Tourism Management and Bachelor of Hotel Management   in Culinary Arts, each spanning three-four years in duration. Additionally, the school provides various certificate, undergraduate and postgraduate diploma courses such as a Diploma in Hotel Management, a Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management and a Diploma in Culinary Arts, with durations ranging from one year for diplomas and three-six months for certificate courses.

Amity School of Hospitality:

Amity School of Hospitality at Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (UP) offers Bachelor of Hotel Management (four years), MBA in Hotel Management (two years) and Ph.D. in Hospitality (three years). 

Eligibility criteria and fee structure for Bachelor of Hotel Management: 

Passing grade 12th or equivalent from a recognised Board/Council. Aggregate percentage is calculated based on marks in English and three academic subjects. Fee structure is Rs 1.10 lakh/year for Non-Sponsored candidates and Rs 1.65 lakh/year for Sponsored candidates,  according to the Amity University’s official website. 

Eligibility criteria and fee structure for MBA in Hotel Management:

Non-Sponsored category: Bachelor’s Degree (aggregate 50%) with a minimum score of MAT – 500/GMAT – 500/CMAT – 150 or percentile in CAT/XAT – 75/NMAT – 200, or Amity Written Test on the day of Interview.

Sponsored category: Bachelor’s Degree (aggregate 50%) with a minimum score of MAT – 450/GMAT – 450/CMAT – 100 or percentile in CAT/XAT – 65/NMAT – 150, or Amity Written Test on the day of Interview. 

Meanwhile, the fee structure is Rs 1.95 lakh/year for Non-Sponsored students and Rs 2.92 lakh for Sponsored students.

Eligibility criteria and fee structure for ph.D in Hospitality:

A Master’s Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Management or Tourism from a recognised Indian or international university with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade point average is required. The fee for non-sponsored students is Rs 50,000/year.

RIG Institute of Hospitality and Management:

RIG Institute of Hospitality and Management in Greater Noida offers the following programmes:

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Hospitality and Hotel Administration (3 years): The total fee for this programme is Rs four lakh. Applicants must have completed their 10+2 from a recognised Board. 

Master of Tourism and Travel Management (two years): Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in any stream. The admission process for this program is based solely on the procedures set by the Institute and the University.
