CBSE 10th Result 2017: The month of May and June are a crucial time for all those students who appeared for their board examinations earlier in the year and they have been repeatedly logging onto official website cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in for updates on their results. But this year, as the days are passing, the anxiety levels of students eagerly waiting for their results have been increasing and today they have moved into the fright zone – their entire career is on the line and the more they have to wait for their results, greater the trepidation as to what will transpire. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the class 12th results after much speculation on May 28, while the class 10th result declaration is still on hold – and what is worse, instead of announcing the date or providing the reason for the delay, the Board is totally silent on the issue.

According to IndiaResults.com, the board was likely to declare the High School results today but so far there has been no official announcement by the board regarding the same. Now, there is speculation in the media that the board could declare the results on June 3 but until an official statement is released, one can not be certain about when the results will be available.

The Board examinations this year were already declared due to the state assembly elections in Punjab, Manipur, Goa, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh. To top it all, the recent dispute between the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and Delhi High Court stretched the result date further. The academic schedule of the class 12th students was already affected by the delay no even the class 10th students have started to panic due to a delay in the declaration.

This year, CBSE successfully conducted the class 10th exams from March 9 to April 10, while class 12th board exams were held from March 9 to April 29. One thing that students need to keep in mind is that they should not be overly worried about the declaration of results. They will be announced soon. But students must not worry unnecessarily. Also, once declared, the website might experience technical glitches when the result has been declared. This could happen due to heavy traffic on the website. In such a case, students can either keep calm and try again after some time or they can check their results through alternate websites.
