Ayatiworks, a digital marketing agency has joined forces with Anna University, a Chennai based public state university. Through this partnership Ayatiworks aims to accelerate skills development of students and drive employability through recruitment drives for interns in the campus, according to an official release. 

The collaboration aims to provide Media Science students with specialised training in Digital Advertising’s 360-Degree perspective. This training will be conducted through a series of guest lectures led by Upendran Nandakumar, CEO, Ayatiworks, scheduled from August to December. The primary aim of this partnership is to bridge the divide between academic institutions and industry leaders’ practical expertise. This initiative is designed to enhance students’ skills, expand their knowledge, and ultimately boost their employability prospects, the release mentioned.

“This has provided us with an opportunity to bring a disruptive change in the industry by augmenting the sophistication of university programs coupled with real-world experiences. Subsequently, this will lead to ergonomic improvements in the employability of university students,” Upendran Nandakumar, founder, CEO, Ayatiworks, said.

Within the framework of this collaboration, Upendran will engage with over 100 students, offering valuable insights into current trends, job prospects and challenges within the 360-Degree Digital Advertising industry, it added.
