CBSE 10th results 2015 will be announced tomorrow i.e. May 27, 2015 as per the information given by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Monday on its official website cbseresults.nic.in. Students are advised to keep visiting cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in and keep checking FE.Com for the latest updates.
How to check the result:
1) Visit cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in
2) Enter your roll number
3) Check the result
4) Students are advised to take a print out or save a copy for further use.
According to a CBSE circular released earlier this year, a total of 13,73,853 students were appearing for the class 10 board examination and 10,40,368 students for the class 12 board examination.
CBSE in its circular also mentioned that there has been a hike of 3.37 per cent in the number of students appearing in the class 10 board examination and 1.01 per cent hike in the number of students appearing for the class 12th board examination.

U P Board of High School and Intermediate Education was the first Board set up in 1921 and Rajputana, Central India and Gwalior were under its jurisdiction. It the later years, on the suggestion of the then Government of India, a joint Board was set up in 1929 and was named as the ‘Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Rajputana’. The board saw rapid growth but was confined to a few areas due to various State Boards and State Universities. It was in 1952, that the constitution of the Board was amended, its jurisdiction was extended and the it was renamed to ‘Central Board of Secondary Education’. The board was finally reconstituted in the year 1962.
As a result of the reconstitution, the ‘Delhi Board of Secondary Education’ was merged with the Central Board and from 309 schools in 1962, CBSE today has 15799 schools (as on 15.09.2014) including 197 schools in 23 countries.
