The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a weather advisory for Thursday, forecasting light to moderate scattered to fairly widespread rainfall in the near future across south Peninsular India. Southern regions are set to experience varied weather conditions, with isolated heavy rainfall expected in Tamil Nadu, South Interior Karnataka, and Kerala from November 3 onward.

Additionally, a weak Western disturbance will influence the north, bringing the likelihood of light rainfall or snowfall in isolated areas of Jammu-Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand, starting from November 3. Nevertheless, the remainder of the country is anticipated to see no significant weather changes.

The Andaman and Nicobar Islands are also expected to experience light to moderate scattered to fairly widespread rainfall, with isolated instances of heavy rainfall in the coming days, according to IMD forecasts.
