Terror attack in Tral, Kashmir Live Updates: Two civilians were killed today and a number of CRPF personnel were injured after terrorists opened fire and lobbed grenade in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district. It has been learnt that state minister Naeem Akhtar managed to escape unhurt. As many as 30 people have been reported injured.

1:13 PM: It’s been reported that the Road and Bridge Minister Naeem Akhtar, was moving in carcade wherein unknown militants lobbed a grenade before his car, followed by firing.

1:10 PM: Seven personnel of 180 bn CRPF and 10 civilians were injured in the firing. One civilian, a woman, has been declared dead.

1:07 PM: “We had a narrow escape,” a PDP leader was quoted as saying by Republic TV.

1:05 PM: “The grenade was reportedly hurled at 11.45 am,” a police official said. Two people were killed and six others injured in the attack.
