“Operation Sindoor should not be viewed only in the context of the present, but its role is also highly important in shaping India’s future,” says Defence Minister Rajnath Singh in Rajya Sabha.

Speaking in the Rajya Sabha, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh says, “The purpose of this operation was to destroy terrorist hideouts and to send a clear message that India maintains zero tolerance against terrorism.”

“The Indian Navy was fully prepared to take on Pakistan. Pakistan tried to attack our military bases but failed. Over 100 Pakistani terrorists and their handlers killed in Operation Sindoor. Indian forces attacked Pakistani bases, command and control centres,” says Rajnath Singh in Rajya Sabha.

“Pahalgam is the result of intelligence failure, just like Phulwama. Who will take responsibility for this? We want to know what steps the government is taking so that the country does not see such incidents again,” Akhilesh Yadav.

Speaking in the Operation Sindoor debate in Lok Sabha, SP MP Akhilesh Yadav says, “What was the reason due to which the government had to announce a ceasefire? We were hoping the government itself would have announced it. But since they have deep friendships, the government asked their friend to announce the ceasefire…”

Reiterating Himanta Biswa Sarma’s statement on Gaurav Gogoi’s alleged Pakistani links, Amit Shah says, “Gogoi, you’ve visited Pakistan multiple times. I again repeat, you’ve visited Pakistan multiple times. You’ve gone through the border? Do you know what difficulty soldiers face? They are protecting the country in subzero temperatures. And here you are questioning their credibility…”

On the ceasefire between India and Pakistan, Union Home Minister Amit Shah says, “… Six of Pakistan’s radar systems were destroyed… They attacked our residential areas, but we did not do the same… We only attacked their air bases and ruined their attacking capabilities. Our armed forces were intact. And their attacking capacities were destroyed. Pakistan had no option but to surrender. On May 10, the Pakistani DGMO called our DGMO, and we paused the conflict at 5 pm…”

“Yesterday these guys (Opposition) were saying terrorists have run to Pakistan. Humari Sena ne thok diya. CRPF ne thok diya. What will they question now?”

Amit Shah says, “Today, China is in UN Security Council, and India is not. Modi ji is trying his best to get India to become a part of the UN Security Council. Jawaharlal Nehru’s stand is responsible for this…When our jawans were facing Chinese soldiers in Doklam, Rahul Gandhi was holding a meeting with the Chinese ambassador…This love for China has been passed down three generations from Jawaharlal Nehru, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi…”

Further hitting out at Congress and their terrorism policies, Amit Shah says, “Yesterday, they (Congress) were raising questions about why there was no war….Today, PoK exists only because of Jawaharlal Nehru…In 1960, they gave 80% of the Indus waters to Pakistan….In 1971, during the Simla Agreement, they (Congress) forgot about PoK. If they had taken PoK then, we would not have to carry out attacks on camps there now…”

“Pakistan is the result of Congress. Congress’ Balochistan blunder gave Pakistan equal footing. Gandhis and China have long standing generational ties.”

“Congress opposed POTA law brought against conter terrorism. Congress repealed POTA law in 2004. Whom did Congress want to protect by opposing the law? In 2002, Atal ji’s NDA government had brought POTA (The Prevention of Terrorism Act, 2002). Who objected to the POTA then? It was the Congress party. It was the Congress party…After coming to power in 2004, the Sonia Gandhi-Manmohan Singh government scrapped the POTA law…For whose benefit did Congress scrap POTA?…”

“About 1000 people were killed in terror attacks under Congress government. Congress kept sending terrorists’ photos to Pakistan.”

“Congress shed tears for terrorists killed in Batla House but not police killed by the terrorist…”

“PoK exists today because of Nehru’s unilateral ceasefire policy. We returned 93k PoWs and land to Pakistan in return for nothing. Why did we not ask for PoK in return for 90k PoWs?,” says Amit Shah.

“More than 125 terrorists were killed in Operation Sindoor. We entered 100 km deep inside Pakistan to dismantle terror. India did not attack civilians, only terror infrastructure. On May 8, Pakistan targeted Indian civilians, Gurudwara and temples. India destroyed Pakistan’s air bases. Following that, they had no option. Their DGMO called and aksed for ceasefire,” says Amit Shah.

Shah says, “On 30th April, there was a meeting of the CCS, in which the security forces were given complete operational freedom. Operation Sindoor was launched on 7th May and carried out between 1:04 am and 1:24 am. In this operation, nine terror sites in Pakistan were destroyed. No Pakistani civilians were killed in this attack.”

“Following Operation Sindoor, our DGMO informed the Pak DGMO that India has attacked terror infrastructure on their land as per our right of self-defence. It cannot be like how it happened during Manmohan Singh’s government, that terrorists come and kill us and we sit quietly…We killed terrorists who bled India under the Congress govt…”

Union Home Minister Amit Shah says, “…Yesterday, Gogoi ji said that Modi ji went to Bihar instead of Pahalgam on 24th April. At the time of the Pahalgam attack, Modi ji was abroad. The day Modi ji went to Bihar, only Rahul Gandhi was in Pahalgam, and no one else… It is the duty of the PM to give a befitting reply if there is such an attack on citizens of the country…”

Hitting out at Samajwadi Party MP Akhilesh Yadav, who tried to disrupt the Parliament, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, “I was expecting that when they hear this news of the killing of the Pahalgam terrorists, they will be happy, but instead they don’t seem happy about it…”

Amit Shah says, “After PM Modi approved Operation Sindoor, our Army and CRPF wiped out those terrorists… I will tell everyone how their ‘Aaka’ got killed? I will tell them by name, place, hour, minutes and second. I thought that ruiling party and opposition party will be happy to hear the news that the terrorists were killed, ‘Par Siyahi Pad Gayi Hain Inke Chehre Pe’. What kind of politics is this? They are not even happy that terrorists were killed.”

While addressing the Lok Sabha, Shah said, “India’s ex-home minister is asking for proof.. they could have directly asked me, or the media.. it was everywhere.. you all will not be spared..”

“We have confirmed the terrorists’ Pakistani links. We have Pakistan’s voter list,” Amit Shah.

“What will you get by saving Pakistan? who are you trying to save? I want to tell him we have the proof that all three terrorists were from Pakistan. All their rifles, and even the chocolates we found, were made in Pakistan.

Hitting out at the Opposition, asking PM Modi-led Centre to take responsibility for the Pahalgam terror attack, Amit Shah says, “Yes, it is our responsibility, but when you (Congress) were in power, a lot of attacks happened… who will take responsibility for that?”

“What hurt us was former Home Minister P Chidambaram questioning the Pakistani link of the terrorists. Why are you shilding Pakistan?”

“The day TRF took responsibility for the attack, we took decision to hand over the case to NIA. NIA is the world’s best agency to investigate the attack,” says Amit Shah.

“All three terrorists – Suleman, Afghan and Jibran were killed in yesterday’s operation. The people who used to supply food to them were detained earlier. Once the bodies of these terrorists were brought to Srinagar, they were identified by those who were kept detained by our agencies.”

Shah says, “… NIA had already arrested those who gave them shelter. Those who fed them were detained. When the terrorists’ dead bodies reached Srinagar, they were identified as the three people who carried out the terror attack in Pahalgam… The FSL report of the cartridges from the terror attack was already ready… Yesterday, the rifles of the three terrorists were seized and matched with the FSL reports… Further tests were carried out in Chandigarh yesterday, after that it was confirmed that these three were those who carried out the terror attack…”

Amit Shah confirms three terrorists behind Pahalgam terror attack killed in Op Mahadev. Operation launched on May 22 based on IB intel that terrorists were hiding in Dachigam forest.

Shah says Sulaiman was behind the Pahalgam terror attack.

Op Mahadev was carried out by 4 Para of the Indian Army.

“We ensured Pahalgam terrorists don’t flee to Pakistan. The rifles they used were sent for ballistic tests in IFSL Chandigarh. Forensics have confirmed that those were the same rifles used in the Pahalgam attack.”

PM Modi ordered Operation Sindoor after Pahalgam terror attack.

Shah says, “Innocent civilians were killed in front of their families by asking their religion. I condemn this barbaric act. I express my sympathies to the families who lost their loved ones.”

Shah says, ” Soon after Pahalgam attack, I had met the affected families. I saw standing before me a woman who had been widowed just 6 days after her wedding- I can never forget that scene. I want to tell all families today that Modi ji neutralised those who sent the terrorists, and today our security forces killed those who committed the killings.”

In the Operation Mahadev, Suleman alias Faizal…, Afghan and Jibran, these three terrorists were killed in a joint operation of the Indian Army, CRPF and J&K Police… Suleman was an A-category commander of the Lashkar-e-Taiba. Afghan was an A-category Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist. And Jibran was also an A-grade terrorist… All three terrorists who killed our citizens in the Baisaran valley have been eliminated…

Tiwari, along with Shashi Tharoor, has been dropped from the opposition speakers’s list by Congress on Operation Sindoor. Both MPs were part of the foreign delegation team.

Amid the ongoing debate over Operation Sindoor, BJP MP Kangana Ranaut said, “Our leaders, including Defence Minister Rajnath Singh explained in detail. I would like to say that the Opposition has no issues to discuss. The country is watching how they are trying to mislead, dishonour our jawans… they are trying to propagate conspiracy theories. They have fallen out of everyone’s favour.”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address Parliament around 6 PM today during the ongoing Operation Sindoor debate. Sources indicate that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will speak before him, setting the stage for a high-stakes political face-off amid heightened tensions between the government and the Opposition.
