Odisha Lok Sabha Election 2024 Winners List: The Lok Sabha Elections 2024 in Odisha were held from May 13 to June 1 to elect 21 members of the 18th Lok Sabha in 4 Phases. The polls saw Biju Janata Dal (BJD), Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Indian National Congress (INC) lock horns with each other in the battle for political supremacy.

While BJD and BJP contested polls in all 21 Lok Sabha seats, INC fought on 20 seats. From the remaining one seat, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha’s Anjani Soren contested the election.

Lok Sabha Elections 2024

From 19 April to 1 June 2024, in seven phases, 2024 LS Polls were held in the country, to elect all 543 members of the Lok Sabha.

In the history of India, this is the largest-ever election, surpassing the previous poll, and lasts 44 days, second only to the 1951–52 General Election. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is running for a third consecutive term.

Roughly 970 million people out of a population of 1.4 billion people were eligible to vote, equivalent to 70% of the total population.

With over 41 million inhabitants, Odisha is a state located in Eastern India. By area, it is the eighth-largest state. Along the Bay of Bengal in the Indian Ocean, the state has a coastline of 485 kilometres.
