Krishna River Kolhapur: Two people were reported missing, while five were rescued after a tractor trolley overturned in the Krishna river in Maharashtra’s Kolhapur on Friday.
The incident took place in Akiwat in the Shirol taluka, reported Lokmat Times.
The NDRF in a statement said, “At Akiwat, Taluka Shirol, District Kolhapur, 7 persons fell into the river after the tractor-trolley overturned into it. 5 people have already been evacuated by civilians and 2 persons are still missing. A search operation is underway.”
