Severe protests at Ramjas College continued on Thursday as clashes between the Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad and the All India Students Association took a violent turn. The clashes had started on Tuesday when the ABVP had protested against the presence of JNU’s Umar Khalid at Ramjas College campus at a conference about “Cultures of Protest”. Khalid had been invited to speak at the conference, which had been organised by the Department of English at Ramjas College.
