Speaking at the 80th anniversary celebrations of Brahma Kumaris at the Shantivan Campus in Udaipur, senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader L.K. Advani said, I respect and I am proud of the organisation I have worked in since childhood and it’s RSS.” Further in his speech Advani lauded RSS for teaching him discipline and education. He said, “I was born in Karachi but learnt discipline and got education from Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.”

Learnt from RSS that we should never promote wrongdoings, Advani said further adding that we get to learn about devotion and dedication towards the country through RSS. Several dignitaries from across the country arrived here to take part in the event, which was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi earlier today. PM Modi inaugurated the four-day event from New Delhi via video conferencing.

Along with Advani, Deputy Chairperson of the Rajya Sabha P. J. Kurien, several Central ministers, respective Governors of Assam and Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu are among the prominent people who attended the Shantivan campus for the ‘International Conference-cum-Cultural Festival on God’s Wisdom for World Transformation. Besides bigwigs of political circles, TV anchor and journalist Rajat Sharma along with Bollywood actors Raveena Tandon and Gracy Singh were also present.

101-year-old Dadi Janki and Dadi Hridaya Mohini, the administrative chief and additional chief, also graced the occasion with their presence and blessings.
