Kolkata Police received a mail from a group called ‘Terrorizer’s 111’ regarding a bomb threat at the Indian Museum.
Upon receiving the mail, a bomb squad reached the location. Visitors’ entry to the museum has been restricted for the next few hours, Kolkata Police said, ANI reported.
The entire museum was vacated, and a bomb squad, sniffer dogs and senior officials of Kolkata Police were rushed to the spot.
Kolkata Police is scanning and sanitizing the entire building.
