‘Conman’ Sukesh Chandrasekhar on Saturday said that “truth has prevailed”, following the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal by the Enforcement Directorate in the excise policy ‘scam’ case.

“Truth has prevailed, I welcome him to the Tihar jail,” he said, while being escorted by police, as quoted by PTI.

He further said that he will “expose” Kejriwal, the national convenor of the Aam Aadmi Party. “I will become an approver (in the case), and I will make sure he is brought to task,” Sukesh added.

Sukesh Chandrasekhar, who has been in jail for extortion, has often taken digs at Kejriwal.

In February, Chandrasekhar had alleged that he has been allegedly subjected to pressure tactics, including tickets for upcoming Lok Sabha elections, for the past three days to retract complaints and statements made against the CM earlier.

Sukesh also said that he would expose Kejriwal and AAP MLA Satyendar Jain in front of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), who he said will be visiting him for probe soon.

In his three-page statement, Sukesh said, “I will contest against you in Delhi, in your very own constituency in the upcoming Assembly elections as an Independent”.

“Kejriwal ji, I will show you how your so-called “maha thug” is loved by people of your constituency and Delhi,” added Sukesh.
