A video claiming that the workers of Raj Thackeray‘s Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) slapped a man who reportedly asked his employee to come on time. The employee, a woman, happens to be a Marathi and the employer is from Bihar – the main reason behind the entire ruckus.
The employer had asked the woman to come to office on time, to which she declined and said she is a “Marathi” and won’t work under “Bihari’s” instructions. Two men, one sitting beside the employer and one standing behind him (both in yellow coloured clothes) are seen talking to him.

There are two more persons in the employer’s office apart from the MNS people.
‘I am Marathi’, says woman
The video was shared by a user on X. It can be seen that after some discussion, the two men in yellow t-shirts are seen suddenly slapping the employer multiple times. A woman then suddenly appeared, seemingly angry over the man as the two men continued slapping him, and the other two also looked as if they were threatening him.
The entire scene remains heated as everyone seems to be pounding over the employer. Financialexpress.com cannot independently verify the authenticity of the video.
Internet furious over incident
Commenting on the post, users asked how something like this can happen in Maharashtra.
“This is Marathi which never steps out of Maharashtra. These people just want to create differences. Because of them, the reputation of good Marathis gets tarnished. From Kashmir to Kanyakumari and from Gujarat to Assam, whoever wants to speak their language will speak it. You have no right to stop anyone,” a user said.
“…companies can shift to Bihar, Bihari brothers have no problem with that. You can speak any language” said another.
