Hours after Rekha Gupta got elected as the Chief Minister of Delhi on Thursday, all Cabinet Ministers were allocated their respective departments. While Gupta herself will be handling crucial departments like finance, vigilance, revenue, services, and women and child development (WCD); other departments were divided amongst the rest of the Cabinet Ministers.

Parvesh Verma has been given the responsibility of handling PWD irrigation, legislative affairs, I&FC, Water, and Gurudwara Elections.
Kapil Mishra has been designated as the minister for law and justice, employment, language, tourism, art, culture, and labour. This post will make him head of legal affairs along with cultural development.
Ashish Sood has been allocated Home, urban development, education, higher education, technical training, and power. His portfolio will cover major sectors like education policies, security, and governance.
Pankaj Singh has been given responsibility for transport, information technology, transport, and health. He will be overseeing important areas that affect public welfare along with urban mobility.
Ravinder Indraj will be heading SC and ST welfare, election-related affairs, and cooperative governance.
Manjinder Singh Sirsa will be leading industries, food & supply, forest, and environment and will focus on economic growth and sustainability initiatives.
Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena has given formal permission for the allocation of portfolios, as per a notification issued by the General Administration Department.
