Though, CGPA is mentioned in your report card and you can also calculated CGPA online, here are the process defined:
How to calculate CGPA from percentage and Grades:
If the grade points for the five main subjects are:
Sub I: 9; Sub II: 7; Sub III: 8; Sub IV: 9; Sub V: 8
Step I: Add all the grade points
9+7+8+9+8 = 41
Step II: Divide the sum by 5
41/5 = 8.2
So, 8.2 is your CGPA.
Now, if you want to calculated percentage from the CGPA, here is how you can do it:
To convert your CGPA into percentage, you need to multiply it by 9.5.
In above case, CGPA is 8.2. So, multiply it by 9.5:
8.2 x 9.5 = 77.9
Therefore, with a CGPA of 8.2, your percentage stands at 77.9.
