Even as the Bihar election results are pending announcement sometime in the afternoon today, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) ordered 100 kgs of laddoos and firecrackers after initial trends of the vote count on Sunday showed that the party was leading in the Bihar assembly elections.
The BJP had not placed the orders earlier but quickly changed its mind as the initial trends showed that it was ahead of its rivals.
The counting of votes was under way for the 243-member Bihar assembly.
