Bihar Assembly election results: BJP concedes defeat in battle for Bihar

Bihar Assembly election results: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Sunday conceded defeat in the Bihar elections – Nitish Kumar’s Janata Dal (United) alliance emerges triumphant.

“BJP lost only because of alliance arithmetic,” union minister Prakash Javadekar told.

BJP vice president Prabhat Jha added: “We failed to understand people’s mind. We will have to change our election strategy.”
