Anil Kumble?s TENVIC and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) have collaborated to conduct ?Lessons from Sport??a sports-based education programme for corporate executives. Part of the IIMB Executive Education Programme, this has been scheduled to be held at the IIMB campus on July 20-21. Lessons from Sport is the first-ever programme in India that will leverage the experiences of iconic sportspeople and translate them into meaningful lessons of leadership and behavioural traits for corporate executives by drawing parallels to everyday business life. Both TENVIC and IIMB believe that sports transcends borders, binds people to a cause and provides learning for different aspects of life. The intensive programme, co-created by IIMB faculty and TENVIC professionals, will employ knowledge-sharing tactics including classroom sessions, interactive talks, panel discussions, video-based case studies and simulated sporting environment.
