NIIT Learning Systems Limited (NIIT MTS), a global leader in managed learning services, announced robust results for the second quarter of FY 2025-26, ending September 30, 2025. The company reported consolidated net revenue of Rs 475.7 crore, marking a 5% increase quarter-on-quarter and a 20% rise year-on-year. Ebitda stood at Rs 96.6 crore, with a margin of 20.3%, while profit after tax reached Rs 47 crore, translating to an EPS of Rs 3.43. The results were formally approved by the Board of Directors on November 5.

The quarter saw NIIT MTS adding three new global Managed Training Services (MTS) clients while maintaining a 100% contract renewal rate, with three existing contracts renewed and one client’s scope of work expanded. This brings the total MTS client base to 104, with revenue visibility of USD 409 million.

Vijay K. Thadani, Co-founder and Vice Chairman & Managing Director, highlighted that AI-enabled learning now contributes roughly 10% of revenue, emphasising the company’s continued investment in capabilities and market expansion.

Strategic expansion continued with the July acquisition of Munich-based MST Group, boosting NIIT MTS’s footprint in Europe’s DACH region. This acquisition added seven marquee clients, QuickStart Learning Academy capabilities, and Hungary as a nearshore centre, enhancing multilingual and onsite service offerings.

In August 2025, NIIT MTS also partnered with Swedish AI company Sana (part of Workday), establishing a dedicated NIIT-Sana Centre of Excellence. This initiative aims to deliver enterprise-wide AI-first learning solutions, integrating LMS, LXP, authoring, and virtual classroom tools into a single platform.

Commenting on the quarter, CEO Sapnesh Lalla noted that despite macroeconomic volatility, the company delivered solid execution, new client additions, and expanded revenue visibility. “Our AI-first strategy is now visible in production deployments, and we are scaling these programs to drive learner outcomes,” he added, underlining the transformative potential of recent acquisitions and partnerships in strengthening NIIT MTS’s global position.
