National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) India has secured five new contracts worth Rs 665.38 crore.

NBCC Contract Details

Of the five contracts, the largest has been awarded by the Ghaziabad Development Authority for the redevelopment of Tulsi Niketan, valued at Rs 642.82 crore. 

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has awarded two projects to NBCC in Uttar Pradesh. One is a Rs 7.14 crore contract for constructing a new building in Lucknow’s Gomti Nagar area. The second, worth Rs 4.42 crore, involves constructing a new building at ICSI’s Kanpur premises in Shatabdi Nagar.

NBCC has also received a Rs 6.95 crore contract from the National Forensic Science University (NFSU) for renovating the guest house at its Delhi campus.

Additionally, the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) has awarded NBCC a Rs 4.05 crore contract for renovation work at the Hyderabad COE, along with repair and renovation of ICMAI buildings across other states.

All these contracts are project management consultancy assignments. They have been secured under domestic procurement and, as per the company’s regulatory filing, the promoter group has no interest in the awarding entities. NBCC added that no related-party transactions are involved. The disclosure has been made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

NBCC Share Price

The NBCC shares dipped nearly 2% in intraday trade. Over the past month, the stock has fallen close to 4%.
