After Hours with Rachna Aggarwal, CEO, Indus League
1. The job
I love the fact that there is never a dull day at work. One day, I am thinking about how to dress up a smart executive and the next, the outfit of a chic young girl is on my mind. I don’t particularly hate anything about my job, but resolving mundane operational issues does sap my energy and positivity.
2. The weekdays
A typical weekday starts by seeing off my girls to school. At work, I have discussions with designers and meet existing suppliers to review their performance. I also meet new suppliers and see what they can bring to Indus League. This takes up the rest of my day. I also make some time for yoga.
3. The weekend
I like to spend my weekends with my family and friends. Sundays are usually reserved for endless baking sessions and cooking fancy meals for my girls. Since they are learning the art of candle-making, I join them as it is a big stress buster for me.
4. The toys
I am not a gadget freak. I love my iPhone for music and WhatsApp, but like to stick to my BlackBerry for emails. They both travel with me everywhere. I prefer that my gadgets should be both uncomplicated and sturdy enough to rely on.
5. The logos
How can I even name any other brand, when I already work for such exciting apparel brands?
