P.E. Analytics futher stated that it has invested over Rs 200 crore since inception for primary data collection and continues to deploy more than Rs 24 crore a year through 300 plus employees.
CRE Matrix denies charges
When contacted, a CRE Matrix spokesperson said: “Saddened to see such ludicrous and malicious actions by competitor. We are in business of data transparency and we have been operating in residential real estate analytics space since year 2018. We have consistently published research reports on residential sector from 2019 onwards which are publicly available.
We completely oppose such empty actions primarily driven by desperation as they have been outpaced by quality of our data and analytics. We will take appropriate legal recourse against such malicious actions to ensure our competitor adhere to healthier business practices.”
