Hindustan Unilever on Monday named Vandana Suri as executive director of home care, replacing Srinandan Sundaram, who has been appointed CEO of Unilever International.

Suri, who will join HUL’s Management Committee on January 1, 2026, brings more than two decades of experience at Unilever and other global firms, including PepsiCo, Tetra Pak and Nielsen. She joined HUL in 2011 and has worked across all major divisions, including home care, beauty & wellbeing, and nutrition.

She is currently the general manager for beauty & wellbeing at Unilever Indonesia. In this role, she led a transformation agenda that drove the business’s growth, HUL said.

As the vice-president, skin care & colour cosmetics, beauty & wellbeing at HUL earlier, she charted a premiumization pathway for skin care, focusing on high-growth spaces and formats, HUL said.

She also served as global brand vice president of Pond’s, overseeing the successful rebranding and relaunch of the brand in 2024.

Priya Nair, CEO and Managing Director, HUL said, that Suri had a deep understanding of consumers, markets and ecosystems. “She has successfully led diverse, multicultural teams to foster high performance with empathy. I welcome her back to HUL and I am confident that she will take the Home Care business to even greater heights,” Nair said.
