Domestic air passenger growth remains subdued in February

Domestic air passenger (PAX) growth was subdued in the month of February, growing just 5.9% y-o-y to 11.4 mn (v/s 8.9% y-o-y in Jan’19 and 12.4% y-o-y in Q3FY19) — this marked the lowest PAX growth in the last
57 months. However, the passenger load factor (PLF) for carriers improved m-o-m to 89.1% (v/s 85.9% in Jan’19 and 84.9% in Q3FY19).
