Black Box reported revenue of Rs 1,585 crore in Q2 FY26, up 14% quarter-on-quarter and 6% year-on-year. The Essar-owned digital infrastructure solutions provider saw Ebitda margins expand 60 basis points to 9%, while profit after tax (PAT) grew 17% sequentially to Rs 56 crore.

Order bookings remained robust at Rs 1,906 crore, with the backlog rising to Rs 4,846 crore. The company secured a five-year partnership with Wind River expected to generate Rs 1,350 crore in revenue. CEO Sanjeev Verma expressed confidence in meeting FY26 targets.
