SpadeWorx Software Services, an enterprise which has conceptualized and trademarked ?User Centered Software Engineering?, has inaugurated its second delivery center in Kolhapur. SpadeWorx has its headquarters in Pune and now the enterprise plans to foray in tier II cities to tap the talent pool there and to offer them lucrative opportunities.
SpadeWorx conducted a survey to find out which location would offer best resources, opportunities and talent to expand before identifying Kolhapur as its first city to expand. The new delivery center is located at the Software Technology Park of India and will accommodate 40 employees.
SpadeWorx has recently ventured into the healthcare domain through its offering. The entire research and development and product roadmap will be designed and rolled out from the new facility in Kolhapur.
Speaking on the occasion, Anil Pagar, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, SpadeWorx Software Services said; ?SpadeWorx has always encouraged talent from various parts of the country and has given them opportunities to prove their mettle. This endeavor is a beginning and we want to reach out to untapped talent in these cities. Kedar Potnis will head the new center. He says; ?In a globalized workforce, location does not hold much significance, therefore, we identified Kolhapur as the ideal destination for enhancing our footprint.
