To tap the overseas market, leading real estate portal IndiaProperty.com will be launching its operations in the Gulf by promoting a two-day India Property show 2008 from May 2 in Dubai.
The fair will be held at Crown Plaza in Dubai and will have about 50 stalls of leading property promoters from Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karntaka and Andhra Pradesh. Promoters from Delhi, Mumbai and Pune would also take part, T Shrikanth National Head Sales and Oeprations, India Property.com, said in Kochi.
The portal has a high volume of NRI visitrs seeking information on Indian properties. It intends to optimise this opportunity for the property developers across India, he said.
During the fair, India Property Times in Dubai would be launched. The US edition of the magazine has been received well with a circulation of 50,000 copies, he said.
NRIs in UAE remit a substantial foreign exchange to India every year, estiamted at around US $2 billion annually. The show will help the propective investors interact directly with top builders from various parts of the country.
