In an effort to attract more investors in the state Haryana chief minister, Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Monday apprised the entrepreneurs of various leading companies of USA that Haryana could be the best destination for business.

Hooda said that the state’s proximity to the national capital and the facilities provided to the entrepreneurs by the state government ensures a business friendly environment.

While addressing the delegates in a meeting and interactive session held at Buena Park, California, the chief minister said that Haryana had planned to provide world class infrastructure for attracting the foreign investors for setting up their industrial ventures in the state.

He said that the concept of Industrial Model Townships (IMT) was being replicated with the creation of four more IMTs out of which three would be in National Capital Region (NCR), to provide the best infrastructure for the industries.

He further said that the state government had planned to create three more industrial hubs like Gurgoan equipped with ultra modern facilities for the entrepreneurs.

PK Chaudhary, financial commissioner and principal secretary, industries, Haryana gave a detailed presentation before the delegates about the opportunities available in Haryana for the foreign investors. The meeting organised by Dr. Fresh a leading brand in America is up a Special Economic Zone in Haryana. The presence of the Indo American Society in the meeting was significant as the people of California attached remarkable importance to the visit.
