Government should coordinate with the RBI for withdrawing fiscal stimulus as it would lead to less monetary tightening, said a research firm. ?As the economy transitions from recession to above-potential growth, fiscal policy should complement the RBI?s monetary normalization,? Moody?s Analytics said.
