Building entrepreneurial culture in any business starts from the very first day the organisation is born. Companies, big and small, which aim to create entrepreneurial ethnicity, need to focus on creating a culture of self-discipline, freedom and pushing responsibility further down.

Entrepreneurial nature of the organisation plays an important role in the success of any business, so it is important to sustain the same by hiring the right person for the right position. It is also essential to carefully screen prospective employees to ensure that they will fit within the culture of the organisation.

In an organisation where entrepreneurial culture is adapted, work itself becomes a priority than a mere job; most importantly, it becomes a lifestyle. Employees work like a team, share issues or problems the company is facing and together try to resolve problematic issues.

But while creating entrepreneurial culture is one thing, sustaining it is quite another. So the people at the helm of the affairs should let the team build itself, while keeping a watchful eye on them and helping them in need. In fact, they should involve themselves without controlling.
