Buzz, a popular food chain, restaurant, lounge and club today launched Mediterranean food festival which will continue till December 8. The festival would include cuisines like Egyptian, Italian, Spanish and Lebanese all under one roof.
Amit Dhang, Manager (Operations) told media persons here today that Mediterranean food is a healthy food and with this festival, Chandigarh would get to flirt with mouth watering cuisines from Mediterranean countries like Egypt, Morocco, Italy, Turkey, Spain, Greece, Lebanon and Syria. ?The menu would include cuisines like Corbasi Libiya, Yunan Salatasi, Shish Touk, Chermoula, Menemen and Middle East speciality dishes like Cous Cous, Limonata etc.
