Hero Xtreme 200S is a fully-faired 200cc motorcycle by the homegrown manufacturer. It comes with a single-cylinder BS6 compliant motor is capable of delivering 17.8hp and 16.45Nm. The engine comes paired to a 5-speed gearbox. Visually, the bike looks appealing thanks to the sporty fairing, muscular tank panel, LED headlamps and 17-inch alloy wheels shod with tubeless tyres. There is a fully digital instrument cluster that displays a host of information and can be connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth. Despite having a sporty look, the bike can seat two people on its stepped seat. Even the riding position is fairly forgiving when taking this motorcycle on long journeys. The Hero Xtreme 200S is currently on sale in India at a price of Rs 1.20 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and can be had in three different colour options.

Hero MotoCorp Xtreme 200S Braking and Safety

The braking setup on the Xtreme 200S consists of a 276mm disc brake at the front along with a 220mm disc brake at the rear. Hero is offering only single-channel ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) with the bike which leaves some room for improvement. The bike also comes with a side stand indicator for added safety.

The Hero Xtreme 200S has been fitted with a 12.8-litre fuel tank. While there are no official mileage figures, the bike should return close to 40kmpl. As a result, the bike should offer a range of roughly 500km on a full tank.
