Hero MotoCorp XPulse 200T

Rs. 94.00 - 94.00 K *

Ex-showroom Price (New Delhi)

Hero XPulse 200T is basically the touring verison of the company's highly awaited XPulse adventure bike. Both the XPulse 200 and the 200T share the engine from the Xtreme 200R with respective power and torque outputs of 18 bhp and 17 Nm. The XPulse 200T can be seen as an important product for the company as it is the road going version of the XPulse that can be seen as a spiritual successor for the Impulse. Unlike the XPulse 200 that gets wired wheels, the 200T has been fitted with alloy wheels with road oriented rubber. Just like a normal motorcycle, the exhaust on the Hero XPulse 200T is also fitted lower unlike the upswept unit on the XPulse. The Hero XPulse 200T was launched in India at a price of Rs 94,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

  • Hero MotoCorp XPulse 200T Design and Build

    Hero MotoCorp XPulse 200T

Hero XPulse 200T is the road going version of the XPulse in which 'T' stands for touring, although the bike is not an outright tourer. The front end of the motorcycle gets an all LED headlamp that offers better illumination than a regular unit. The motorcycle gets alloy wheels that not only look quite decent but also serve the purpose well.

  • Hero MotoCorp XPulse 200T Riding Ergonomics

    Hero MotoCorp XPulse 200T

On the Hero XPulse 200T that intends to be a touring motorcycle, the riding position is quite upright and relaxed. The motorcycle is perfectly manageable even for short riders and is easy to maneuver even in city traffic. The handling on this one is better compared to the XPulse and the 200T feels nimbler and more agile during corners.

  • Hero MotoCorp XPulse 200T Engine

    Hero MotoCorp XPulse 200T

Hero XPulse 200T gets power from a 199.5cc, single cylinder, air-cooled engine mated to a five-speed transmission. The engine is good for churning out respective power and torque outputs of 18 bhp and 17 Nm. The engine is refined but vibrations become a bit apparant during higher revs.

  • Hero MotoCorp XPulse 200T Transmission

    Hero MotoCorp XPulse 200T

The engine on the Hero XPulse 200T is mated to a five-speed transmission with one down, four up shifting pattern. The gearshifts are smooth and precise and we hardly experienced any false neutrals during the first ride of the motorcycle.

  • Hero MotoCorp XPulse 200T Braking and Safety

Braking on the TVS Ntorq is taken care of with the help of a 276mm disc brake up front along with a 220mm disc brake at the rear. A single-channel ABS is on offer as standard for added safety and convenience. Furthermore, the bike gets an all LED headlamp up front that lights up the road better than a regular unit.

  • Hero MotoCorp XPulse 200T Mileage

The fuel tank on the Hero XPulse 200T has 13-litre capacity and the bike should return a fuel efficiency of 40 kmpl under real time riding conditions. Having said that, the bike should offer you a range of close to 450 km once you go for a full top up, which is really good if you wish to go touring.
