Hero Maestro Edge 125 is the company's flagship scooter and comes with a BS6 compliant 125cc engine that produces a peak power of 9.2hp and a peak torque of 10.4Nm. The design of the scooter has not changed much since the last update and it still sports an always-on halogen headlamp, LED DRLs and a muscular design all around. There are a number of colour options to choose from and even a special Stealth Edition that has a dark paint scheme. The Maestro Edge 125 is equipped with i3S idle-start-stop system that aids in delivering a better fuel economy. Braking duties are taken care of by drum brakes at the rear and a choice of  disk or drum brake at the front. For added safety, Hero also provides Integrated Braking System (IBS) as standard along with a side stand indicator. The instrument cluster has an analogue speedometer along with a small digital display.

    There is very little difference between the design and styling of the 110cc and 125cc Maestro Edge. While there is a halogen headlamp at the front, you do get a triangular LED DRL on the apron giving it a slightly futuristic look. The rear, however, gets an LED tail lamp and also an external fuel fill. There are a total of 8 colour options to choose from, including a Stealth Edition that comes with an all-black theme and different graphics.

    The Maestro Edge comes with a fuel-injected 124.6cc engine that delivers power and torque outputs of 9.2hp and 10.4Nm, respectively. Thanks to the fuel-injection system, the Maestro Edge 125 feels smooth to ride and accelerates quickly too. Cruising at speeds of 50-60kmph comes easy but if you go beyond 70kmph, you will feel some vibrations.
