Kawasaki KLX 450R is a pure off-road Motocross motorcycle and is the largest in the KLX series in India. The Japanese manufacturer entered a niche segment in the country with the introduction of pure off-roading motorcycles with the KLX series. The segment is currently very small in India and Kawasaki hopes to offer a good product for those interested in Motocross riding. Not legal for riding on the road, the KLX 450R uses a 449 cc single-cylinder engine and has a kerb weight of 126 kg. It was launched alongside the KX450F, which has a lighter kerb weight. These motorcycles aren’t road legal and are imported into India via CBU route.
