Benelli Leoncino
Benelli Leoncino is the Italian manufacturer’s middleweight scrambler motorcycle that is available in India at a competitive price point. The Leoncino gets neo retro design language and gets some modern bits that make it more desirable. Benelli Leoncino draws power from a 500cc, parallel twin engine mated to a six-speed transmission system. The engine is good for churning out respective power and torque outputs of 47hp and 46Nm. The front end of the motorcycle gets an all LED headlamp that offers better illumination than a regular halogen unit. Benelli Leoncino is currently available in India for a price of Rs 4.79 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). At this price point, the Leoncino does not have a direct rival and hence, is the only bike of its type in its category. Benelli Leoncino is the second model to be launched in India after Benelli joined hands with its new partner Adishwar Auto Ride India.

Benelli Leoncino Braking and Safety
Benelli Leoncino comes to a halt with the help of twin 320mm dual disc brakes up front along with a single 260mm disc brake at the rear. In order to provide additional safety and more effective braking, the braking set up is coupled to a dual-channel ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System). As for safety, the bike gets an all LED headlamp section that delivers a generous illumination in the dark.

Benelli Leoncino Mileage
Benelli has not claimed any fuel efficiency figure for the Leoncino officially. However, the bike should offer a combined fuel efficiency of close to 25 kmpl in real world riding conditions. The Leoncino has been fitted with a 15-litre fuel tank. That said, the bike should offer a range of over 300 km once you fill the tank up to its brim.
