Ex-showroom Price (New Delhi)

TNT 300 is a potent motorcycle from Benelli in its Indian lineup. Powered by a parallel twin 300cc engine with liquid-cooling and a DOHC design, the bike produces nearly 39 PS of power and almost 27 NM of torque. The design is naked with good attention towards the rider and pillion comfort due to the single seat design. The front is dominated by a compact headlamp unit with a flat handlebar and a curvy fuel tank. The styling is more towards comfortable ergonomics rather than all-out aggressiveness. The build quality is good and the fit-n-finish of various parts is quite commendable.

  • Benelli TNT 300 Design and Build

    Benelli TNT 300

TNT 300 has been designed as a sreetfighter but it is less aggressive in its outcome. Hence, body panels like the fuel tank are more curvy than sharp or angular. The rider and the pillion seat is a single unit for comfort. However, it is a good mix of sportiness and an easy-going styling attributes. The build quality is quite satisfactory and the parts ooze class. The solidness of the build is also highlighted by the fat upside-down front forks and a dual disc brake setup while the rear makes do with an off-set monoshock and a single disc brake.

  • Benelli TNT 300 Riding Ergonomics

    Benelli TNT 300

TNT 300 is a comfortable motorcycle for both the rider and the pillion thanks to the well-padded single-piece seat which is almost flat in design. Also, the rider sits upright and holds a flat handlebar which is well-within reach including the various switches. Foot-pegs are rear-set for a good sporty attitude.

  • Benelli TNT 300 Engine

    Benelli TNT 300

The engine is the highlight of TNT 300 which displaces at 300cc and is assisted by liquid-cooling and the Double Overhead Cam design. The parallel twin unit churns out 38.2 PS of power at a high 11,500 RPM and 26.5 NM of torque at 10,000 RPM making a seemingly high-revving unit. Adding to these impressive numbers is an addictive exhaust note resembling a bigger inline 4-cylinder engine.

  • Benelli TNT 300 Transmission

    Benelli TNT 300

TNT 300 comes with a 6-speed transmission which performs quite flawlessly. Also, the clutch action remains positive for overall smooth shifts. However, it misses out on a slipper-clutch which is slowing becoming a norm in this category.

  • Benelli TNT 300 Braking and Safety

The braking package seems impressive with dual petal-type disc brakes at the front and a single disc brake at the back. While the braking performance is good, the absence of ABS can be felt in certain where the surface is not grippy enough. However, the tyres are tubeless preventing instant loss of air in case of a puncture.

  • Benelli TNT 300 Mileage

TNT 300 comes with a 16 litres fuel tank which is a decent number. Overall, the motorcycle can be expected to run over 400 kilometers in one full tank.
