Aprilia RSV4 Factory
Priced at Rs 31.26 lakh onwards, the RSV4 Factory needs no introduction as the flagship has dominated race tracks around the world, including several wins in the WSBK series. At the heart of the Aprilia RSV4 Factory is a 1099cc, V4 engine that makes 214 bhp and 125 Nm of torque with the help of a 6-speed gearbox.
In terms of components, the RSV4 Factory gets top-of-the-shelf bits such as electronic Ohlins front forks, Ohlins rear monoshock, Brembo monobloc callipers, a quickshifter, and a long list of electronic nannies to harness all the power, while weighing just 202kg.
Aprilia RS660 and Tuono 660
The RS660 and the Tuono 660 are middleweight motorcycles and are scaled-down versions of the flagship RSV4 and its naked sibling, the Tuono. The RS660 features a full fairing while the Tuono gets a half fairing, while the two motorcycles share the same underpinnings and several components.
The 660 models use a twin-cylinder setup, unlike the larger litre-class’ V4 engine. The two motorcycles use a 659cc, twin-cylinder engine, however, in the RS660, the engine makes 98.5 bhp and 67 Nm of torque, while in the Tuono 660, the engine is tuned to make 94 bhp. Both motorcycles get a 6-speed gearbox, while the RS660 gets a standard bidirectional quickshifter.
Aprilia Tuareg 660
The Tuareg was an eagerly awaited motorcycle, however, the pricing is an eye-opener. The middleweight adventure tourer is currently Aprilia’s flagship in the segment and ticks all the right boxes for it to be an all-rounder, from long travel suspension to its wire-spoke wheels.
The Aprilia Tuareg is powered by the same 659cc twin-cylinder engine as the RS 660 and the Tuono 660, but is detuned to suit its nature. The engine makes 80 bhp and 70 Nm of peak torque with the help of a 6-speed gearbox while tipping the scale at 204kg.
